Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for generating editorial content for ECOL websites
2. Translate technical files, documents or other related paperwork assigned by manager
3. Interpret at meetings with supplier and customer
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in English. TEM 8 is a must.
2. At least 1 year translation experience and fluent oral and written English
3. Be highly responsible and have good team spirit;
4. Have working experience in communication industrial or IT background is preferred
5. Proficiency in MS Office software (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint;)

Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Help supervision of staff members are providing the necessary administrative support to business units;
2. Help maintain office filing and project filing system; maintain office file record;
3. Coordinate the set up, catering and logistics needed for meetings, prepare concise, accurate minutes of meetings;
4. Responsible for office related purchasing, such as supplies;
5. Help resolve problem areas and coordinate staffing requirement.
6. Any other tasks assigned.
Qualification Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in English or administrative management.
2. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
3. At least 1-2-year prior experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant
4. Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
Senior Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain updated clients registration and information, as well as initial checking of information;
2.Updating and maintaining ECOL online sale platform
3.Handle new inquiries in time, develop new customers
4.Reply emails from old customers and offer solution to their problem
5.Following up order from the beginning until customers received it without any problem
6.Customers information and relationship management
7.Well finished work and task from company
Qualification Requirement:
1. College graduate with English at level 4 or above.
2.Good command of English (both spoken and written)
3.Skillful at Microsoft Office and instant chat tool
4.At least 1 years relevant working experience; E-commerce experience will be prefered
5.Keen interest in consumer electronics industry, good knowledge of mobile phone product is prefered.
